Truly enjoyed my experience at Ramen Azuma. The restaurant itself is very nice. The food was soooo good and the service was great. I ordered the Tonkotsu Shouyu and my daughter ordered the Chicken Shouyu. We absolutely loved it. We ordered a side of chili oil to give the ramen a nice little kick and added flavor. Would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone into ramen!!

I have been to the Englewood location many times and always had great experiences. This is our first time in this location, broth and noodles were excellent- however, the cha-siu was extremely dry and didn’t taste great (wasn’t pork belly). A bit disappointed. Hopefully this will change so the quality can stay consistent between both restaurants.

Let me preface this with the fact that I am not a ramen expert, but wow, I really enjoyed my Tonkotsu. The broth was very tasty, the pork cooked to perfection and the noodles were just right. I also really liked the style and vibe inside the restaurant. We went for very early dinner so not too many people, but by the time we were leaving, more people were filtering in. The staff was very nice and the restaurant seemed very clean in general. I would come back next time I am in the area.

Seems like a random location for such a gem. Parking, clean bathrooms, plenty of seating, and not somewhere that gets particularly busy. Service was great, food was great, strange gem to be found in Hackensack haha. Definitely stop by.

Favorite Ramen in Jersey, use to go to their Englewood location all the time until this location opened up closer to home. Staff is friendly, restaurant is very clean and great parking! Everything was delicious as always.

This was my first time visiting a Japanese restaurant, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I got Ramen and Chicken Teriyaki, and the meal was fresh and delicious. I only have a picture of the dessert, which was Japanese Waffle ice cream, and I enjoyed it. We also ordered the mochi ice cream; if you like mochi, you'll probably enjoy it, but I didn't. It was my first time trying mochi, and I didn't like it. Overall a good place to eat Ramen!
